"I AM NO LONGER SAD OR ASHAMED THAT SO MANY DO NOTHING - I AM ASHAMED HOWEVER THAT I DONT DO ENOUGH"
2014 NPO Projects Project & Volunteer Bases:

As is with business, I believe that  todays 'smart technology' is an un tapped area that opens the biggest possibilities for the humanitarian & environmental non profits.
The opportunity to connect the frontline person directly to back line people and resources
opens up endless ways to empower those working for free to lift the lives of so many. As a way to test, develop & promote these technologies we are building new project bases to attract volunteers to come and spark their very own poor country projects.  We welcome those who have a purpose like ourselves.

NPO PROJECTS GOAL:
1) To set up ‘smart technology - first of a kind’ Non Profit Project Volunteer Bases & satellite Bases" whose volunteer members are trained and supported in coordinating, driving and implementing enviromental, humanitarian & community projects in a professional - small business like manner.

Our first two Bases are
  1. Gili Volunteer Resort & NPO Projects Coordination Base. (50 Person)
  2. Outbound Rinjani - Mountain Lodge & Scout Climbing Adventure Base Camp

And also start our Satelite Bases: Pelican Beach Volunteer Resort, Sumbawa Dugon Village & Dive Base.
Also Mataram Water Park Volunteer Resort, Homeless Peoples Eco-farm & Blind Orphanage.

3. Once our systems are in place & proven we will build the Komodo Resort for Research.

OUR POINT OF DIFFERENCE - SMART TECHNOLOGY:
Our point of difference will be to develop, test and use smart technology to communicate, collaborate, empower and drive projects.

According to Dr Steven Wadell in his book Global Action Networks,  ‘Dr Steven Quotes: “in comparing the non profit sector with business sector: the use of technology difference in relative terms, equates to the ‘non profit sector’ being as far back as the ’steam train era'!

AS A NON PROFIT BUSINESS ADVISOR - it is frustrating to see charities, Rotaries etc with their 'old people management' blindly & arrogantly hanging onto slow, painful, antiquated technologies & systems wasteful ways. (If they did this in business they would simply be bankrupt)
Our Goal is to find, use & develop easier ways by embracing & infusing these 'smart business technologies tools that communicate, collaborate, empower into our many projects.

From these experiences the goal is to write a modern 'NPO Projects training manual' then produce & share i book ’’How to start a Non Profit Project with no money’  "proven easier ways using smart technology to spark and grow you project".

NPO Base 2 - Outbound Rinjani for village kids & scouts.
Mt Rinjani World Heritage Park - Lombok

See Website: http://www.outboundrinjani.com/
OPENING IN FEBRUARY: This is the ultimate project and we will be able to host 120 kids on 3 day packages.
THE GOAL: We are trying to spark two Non Profit Outward Bound's for Indonesian kids, it will be a 1st for Indonesia & we have a 2 very special locations.
THE PROBLEM: High-populated poor countries are all slowly destroying themselves, we see a great need to get poor kids to have fun & love their environment. In a country of 230 million people this will be a first to Indonesia & will be a template model that makes it easy for others to follow.
OUR NEW PATRON: Outbound Rinjani recently been blessed with 'Bungi Adventure Tourism Pioneer' Mr AJ Hackett.

NPO Base 3: 'Blind Ophanage' Mataram City - Lombok

See Website: http://blindophanage.weebly.com/
his place is amazing, come visit: 'Mahysar's Forgotten Blind Orphanage' is hungry but happy: They only get $6 a day to cook 3 meals per day to feed 30 blind orphans and 10 others.  Even in Indonesia this is no where near enough and the kids are hungry for nutrition - who will Help?

A truly wonderful experience, and one I shall never forget. Such optimism, talent, kindness and love is humbling to see in those who haven't the ability to see - one of life's most essential gifts.

NPO Base 6: Komodo Resort for Research
& University Poor Country Innovation - opening soon

See Website: http://komodoresearchresort.weebly.com/
We have the Island! and soon will build over the water Bungalows for Volunteers, Universities & others working on poor country solutions & innovations.
1) We want to give away 20 - 50 Water Front Properties to different Universities from all around the world. Then we want to build resort style over the water bungalow’s and a modern in the field research facility.
2) The goal is to provide a facility that when completed will attract thousands of students to come to focus and test out their environmental and poor country innovations. We feel this special low cost facility, will allow a mixture of researchers to collaboratively empower these important innovations.
3) We feel that this facility will empower students and Universities to research, test and develop more simple poor innovations and solutions and that some of these could develop into 'Super Innovations' that could lift the lives of millions.

4 poor kids need eye operations & cosmetic eye

10 thousand cataracts in Lombok and now John Fawcett cannot deliver there amazing free service due to no funding support. When a person becomes blind he not only becomes a handicap to himself but also his family. Cataracts are not a complicated fix and UN rates them as on of the priority funding focuses for a community to focus on.

We have four kids that need funding for eye testing and possible treatment.
